Day Two - The focus will be on exploring a variety of techniques and creating a larger image.

Note:  All experience levels are welcome to attend.  Bring you lunch and expect to have a great time exploring Monotype.

Laurie Szilvagyi, Instructor

" The process of creating a monotype is quite a liberating experience.  A monotype is not a print but an original piece of art that is created by first painting onto a flat surface e.g.  Plexiglas, copper or other hard surface.  This plate image is then pressed onto wet paper.  There are a wide variety of effects that can be created with this process.  I assure you....it will blow your socks off when you pull that first monotype.  You will receive personal insttruction and critique, and you will have an opportunity to create a least two completed works of art!"
