Flexible flat blade putty knife
Two E-S cut blocks (size of your choice)
Masking tape
Small pad of newsprint
Tracing paper
Sheet of plexiglas or lexan, at least 11" x 14" (for rolling out
ink & monotype printing)
X-acto knife with extra blades, scissors
*One bottle of Liquitex Glass Medium and Varnish
*Speedball block printing ink
*14" cork-backed metal ruler
*Soft rubber brayer, at least 2-1/2" across
*Find a partner and share these items
For Collagraphs you will need various textured
low-relief items and textured scraps of wallpaper (samples at Lowe's or
Home Depot).
For Monotypes you will need any paints
you may already have (watercolors, acrylics, oils, oil sticks).
Also, water and rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle is useful. |
